LD06AJSA / B is a current regulation integrated circuit operating from an input voltage of 2.8 V to 6 V, the constant output current can be set to 1.5A with an external resistor. the LD06AJSA / B consists of high precision reference voltage, amplifier, current mirror, etc. The on-chip power transistor and current block sense significantly reduce the number of external components, which makes the LD06AJSA / B ideal for LED driver.
When the CE pin is high, the input voltage is greater than 2.8 V, and is higher than the direct voltage LED plus the required voltage drop, LD06AJSA / B normally operates to provide constant current from the PULLOBEE. The LD06AJSA / B adopts temperature regulation instead of temperature protection function, the temperature regulation can cause the LEVOU to be switched on continuously in case of high ambient temperature or high voltage fall. When the LD06AJSA / B temperature junction reaches about 135 ° C, the internal temperature setting of the block reduces the current so that the temperature of the LED junction will not rise further. this feature allows users to maximize the use of the power handling ability of the chip, do not worry about the chip overheating and damage to the chip or external components.
The LD06AJSA / B also has the function of allowing the chip, which can the whole chip to limit the shutdown current consumption within 1uA.
The LD06AJSA / B also adopts the current overload protection block. When the current LED 1.9A approaches (Typical), the on the current block protection starts the function to prevent the current LED from increasing.
