Return of goods

All goods purchased from the online store have a guarantee and right of return in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

The customer can use the right of return within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.

The goods to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

In the case of a return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or a defect.

ABCLED OÜ returns the money to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

You can return the product in the same way as it was delivered to you.

To return an item purchased from the ABCLED store, proceed as follows.

1. Issue money back to your personal account HERE .

1.2 Select the order you wish to return

1.3 Select the product you want to return and describe the reason for the return. Confirm by clicking the "Request a Return" button.

1.4 Once we have received your request, you will be notified by email.

You can track the return status in your personal account.

2. Package the returned item and follow the instructions of the selected supplier.

3. Return the package from the Smartpost Itella parcel machine.

Wait until you receive a return label in the mail. Stick a return label on the package. Remove or cover original label to avoid confusion.
To return a parcel from the Smartpost Itella parcel machine, you must activate the return HERE . Enter the number of the return label (JJFIXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and select the appropriate parcel machine for return. You will be shown the location of the selected parcel machine and the PIN code to open the door. On the screen of the parcel machine, make the following selections: "Send parcel", "Send with door code".

4. To return the parcel from the Omniva Post24 parcel machine.

PACKAGE WITH RETURN CODE

There is also a return code in the parcel delivery SMS or e-mail. With it, you can return the package free of charge from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices.

Also leave the address card attached to the returned package. Select "I am returning a package" on the screen of the parcel machine, enter the return code and place the package in the locker, the return address card will be added to the package by the courier when the packages need to be picked up.

PACKAGE WITHOUT A RETURN CODE

If you do not receive a return code with the package notification, but the seller of the goods has promised a free return, you can return the parcel to the parcel machine with the original parcel code from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices.

Also leave the address card attached to the returned package. Select "I return a package" on the screen of the parcel machine, scan the barcode or enter the initial package code and place the package in the locker, the return address card will be added to the package by the courier when the packages need to be picked up.
