Mean Well PCD-40-700B is a dimmable constant-current LED driver with a 700 mA output, designed for powering LED luminaires and LED modules. The operating output voltage range is 34–57 V with a rated output power of 39.9 W. The driver is designed for direct connection to an LED load and operates in constant-current mode.

Brightness is controlled on the AC input side using phase-cut dimming. Both leading edge and trailing edge TRIAC dimmers are supported. Integrated active power factor correction and built-in protection functions make the driver suitable for professional dimmable LED lighting systems.
